Call Center BWS
Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage Call center has been constantly working for thirteen years, 24 hours a day, on working days, weekends and state holidays. The operators provide information to citizens and advise them in cases of failures on water supplying and sewerage network, ambiguities concerning billing and other questions related to water supply and storm and waste water channeling.
In 2017, 355.316 calls were recorded in the Centre, i.e. more than 973 a day. Almost 42 percent of citizens were connected with the operator immediately or at latest in 10 seconds, and the average waiting period for the conversation with the operator was 30 seconds. The conversations usually lasted for 61 seconds. These data put BWS Call center in line with the most successful service centers of this kind.
